Hi, I'm Alan O'Dowd

I've spent more than 40 years in construction, infrastructure and engineering. 

My career has taken me from rail networks to international airports, and even into the world's largest start-up project.

 

I’ve worked across six countries on projects that shaped skylines, transformed coastlines, and positively impacted millions of people.

I didn't learn this in a classroom. I started with steel toes on the ground, and worked my way up to leading strategy in the boardroom.

 

Along the way, I've seen projects succeed, I've seen them stall, and I know what makes the difference: leadership and culture. 

I’ve worked on bridges, and I now help leaders bridge strategy and delivery, boardroom and site.
 

Now I coach and mentor leaders to face the same pressures I once carried - with confidence, clarity, and strategies that work on the ground.
