• Fees for services will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

• Payment terms will be set out in the proposal or agreement provided.

• Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full within 7 days of the invoice date.

Cancellations and Refunds

 

• Coaching/Mentoring Sessions: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Workshops/Training: Cancellation terms will be outlined in the workshop agreement.

• Refunds: Refunds are not offered once services have been delivered.
