We are committed to operating our business with the highest standards of quality, health, safety, environmental stewardship, ethics, and social responsibility. This integrated policy is the foundation of our operations and is designed to ensure sustained success through the protection of our people, our environment, and our reputation, while exceeding the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.

We recognise the ethical and business imperative to look after our frontline workforce and to ensure the most professional service is provided. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other parties acting on our behalf.-----1. Quality Policy

Our goal is to deliver excellence and long-term value in all our projects, ensuring that our services consistently meet or exceed client requirements and regulatory standards.

We commit to:

• Client Focus: Understanding and clearly defining client needs to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Performance Excellence: Delivering high-quality professional services, particularly in safety assurance, coaching, and strategic model development.

• Continual Improvement: Regularly monitoring and reviewing our processes and performance to identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of our service delivery.

• Competency: Ensuring robust selection, recruitment, competency management, and continued development of all personnel to maintain professional service levels.

2. Health, Safety, and Work Safe Policy

The health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel, including employees, subcontractors, and the public, are paramount. We are dedicated to providing a working environment that is safe and without risk to health.

We commit to:

• Zero Harm Goal: Striving for a goal of zero incidents and injuries through proactive management of all occupational health and safety hazards.

• Legal Compliance: Complying with all applicable Health and Safety legislation, standards, and other requirements, recognising that as the Principal Contractor (PC), our requirements take precedent in an alliance.

• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards in all high-risk environments, such as construction and rail.

• Safety Leadership and Culture: Promoting a strong safety culture through active and visible safety leadership. This includes Safety Coaching and Mentoring to develop non-technical skills, promote positive behaviours, and ensure engagement of the workforce, regarding them as the solution to problems.

• Wellbeing: Promoting social sustainability by actively supporting workforce wellbeing.

• Consultation: Consulting with and encouraging the participation of all personnel in health and safety matters, including the establishment of supervisory and safety committees to promote free and open discussion and address issues before they become problems.

 

3. Environmental Policy

We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations and supporting environmental improvement goals.

We commit to:

• Sustainability: Managing our services in an environmentally sustainable manner, which includes minimising environmental impact.

• Resource Management: Promoting the efficient use of energy, water, and other natural resources and minimising waste generation.

• Pollution Prevention: Operating to prevent pollution to air, water, and land.

• Legal Compliance: Complying with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, and other subscribed requirements.

 

4. Anti-Bribery and Modern Slavery Policy

We conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner and are committed to upholding all laws relevant to countering bribery, corruption, and modern slavery.

We commit to:

• Zero Tolerance: Having a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, and all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking.

• Prohibition: Strictly prohibiting the offering, paying, soliciting, or accepting of bribes, including ‘facilitation payments,’ directly or indirectly.

• Training and Awareness: Providing training and coaching to enable frontline and supervisory staff to identify and respond to signs of modern slavery or exploitation.

• Supply Chain Due Diligence: Implementing systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
